Approved Documents includes items approved at dated meeting. MINUTES AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS ARE APPROVED IN THE FOLLOWING MONTH. Ex. June Minutes and Financial Statements are approved in July, so they will appear in the documents for July, not June. 

 

Prior to May 20, 2025, only the Agenda (now labeled Meeting Packet) and Minutes (now labeled Approved Documents) were uploaded and were uploaded for their dated meeting. Ex. June Agenda would be uploaded to June before the meeting, then the June minutes would be uploaded to the June meeting after they were approved at the July meeting.)​
