Vilonia City Hall will be handing out hot dogs, bottled water, popcorn, and cotton candy, as well as Halloween bags for kids to carry their hauls.

Local businesses and organizations are invited to participate by hosting a trunk (which may be an actual vehicle, a table, or a game) or by donating that deliciously delightful sugary staple - CANDY!
