Planning Commission Meetings are typically held on the last Thursday of each month, at 7:00 pm, in the City Hall, 18 Bise Drive. If the meeting falls on a holiday, it will be held on the next to last Thursday. If there is nothing to be discussed, the commission will not meet that month.

All materials for the meeting must be received by the City Clerk no less than 15 days prior to the monthly meeting date to be added to that meeting's agenda. Late submission may result in being pushed to the agenda for the following month.
