Weaver Family Park & Community Pond Update, February 2023

Mayor Preston Scroggin met with the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission (AGFC) on Thursday, February 9, 2023, to discuss the status of the community pond. The pond is part of the Weaver Family Park, located at 55 North Mount Olive Road.

Construction began in August 2022 (see original post here).

AGFC was full of complements for the current state of the community pond and said we can expect the first fish to be stocked in May. AGFC will keep the pond stocked for community fishing.
