August 2026 Planning Commission Meeting & PUBLIC HEARING

Vilonia Planning Commission will meet Thursday, August 27, 2026, in the City Hall Courtroom, 18 Bise Drive. There will be a public hearing beginning at 7PM, immediately followed by the meeting. The public hearing is for Beard Land Ventures - Site Plan. This meeting will be streamed live on our YouTube Channel.

1. Beard Land Ventures – Site Plan, a commercial development on the northwest corner of Main Street and Coker Road

2. Angie’s Cove – Variance, a residential development off Naylor Road

3. Cypress Commons – Site Plan, a commercial development at 1124 Main Street

4. Cypress Crossing – Final Plat, a residential subdivision on the northeast corner of Main Street and Coker Road
