Coloring Contest

RULES

1. Contest is open to any child in the Vilonia community who is in 6th grade or under.

2. Prizes will be awarded to the winner and runner-up in each bracket.
   a. Brackets are as follow:
        i.    Pre-K (any child not yet old enough to enter Kindergarten)
        ii.   Kindergarten and First Grade
        iii.  Second and Third Grade
        iv.  Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Grade

3. Each child may enter ONE coloring page, chosen from the options given. Pages are available for download from our website (www.cityofvilonia.net/color) and in the lobby of Vilonia City Hall, 18 Bise Drive. You may also request a pdf of the available pages by emailing us at CityHall@CityOfVilonia.org.

4. Coloring pages will become available the morning of Friday, September 16, 2022, and remain available until City Hall closes at 5pm on Friday, September 23, 2022. 

5. Completed entries may be returned to City Hall in person (Vilonia City Hall front desk) but must be received by September 23rd to qualify for prizes. 

6. Coloring pages submitted without an entry form will be disqualified.

7. Winners will be announced by end of day on Monday, September 26, 2022, and contacted within 24 hours of announcement. Prizes will be available for pickup at the Vilonia City Hall front desk between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday. Prizes left unclaimed at end of day October 7 will be forfeited.

By entering this contest, you give City of Vilonia, Vilonia Parks and Recreation, and the Vilonia Area Chamber of Commerce rights to use the entered artwork for marketing and/or commercial purposes without limitation or reimbursement, regardless of whether the entry wins any prizes, but maintain your own rights to personal and commercial use of the artwork as well. Winners agree to have their name (First name and last initial) and age bracket announced.
