Vilonia Parks & Recreation is still accepting applications for a new Field Maintenance Worker!

This is a part time position and no prior experience is required. Valid driver's license required. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled. Apply at Vilonia City Hall, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. We are located at 18 Bise Drive, Vilonia AR 72173. The City of Vilonia is an EOE.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Dragging & Marking fields at Softball & Baseball

• Edging fields at Softball & Baseball

• Building Pitchers mounds

• Keeping holes filled on fields

• Trash pickup and removal from trash receptacles at all park facilities and playgrounds

• Spraying infields and fences with weed killer at Softball, Baseball, and Soccer fields

• Maintenance of concession stands at Softball & Baseball

• Keeping storage rooms at Softball & Baseball clean and in order

• Cleaning restrooms at Softball & Baseball and making sure they are stocked with soap and toilet paper

• Power washing concession stands, dugouts, sidewalks at Softball & Baseball as well as playground equipment

• Other duties as assigned when needed
