South Marshall/South Church Bridge Project

Hard Rock Construction of Russellville won the low bid on the South Marshall and South Church Bridges Project with a low bid of $197,752.00. This project is being funded by a Hazardous Mitigation Grant from the Arkansas Department of Emergency Management (ADEM). Construction is expected to begin in early March and complete by early June.
