Harbor Home Breaks Ground

Mayor Preston Scroggin and City Council member LaCosta Beene were proud to attend the Harbor Home complex ground breaking on North Mount Olive today, March 6, 2023.

The Harbor Home for Women is a faith-based restoration home for women coming out of the darkness of addiction.
