CAPCA (Community Action Program for Central Arkansas) is a local organization dedicated to "educating eligible participants by providing quality services which empower lives, expand self-reliance and increase community involvement." One way in which they do so is the annual Holiday Food box, which is accepting applications on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of November 2nd through November 30th. To sign up, just visit the Outreach building in front of Suite 120 at 707 Robins Street in Conway (707 Robins Street is the big multi-front building across from Virco and Suite 120 is down the side with the culvert, towards the Boys and Girls Club).
Remember you must reside in Faulkner County (contact CAPCA for information on other counties), only one individual per household may apply, and you will need to provide a declaration of household income. Boxes are limited, so don't wait!
